For on-the-scalp application, use only 20 Vol Creame Developer by mixing 1oz. of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. Wella Crme Developer. Do not process for more than 50 minutes.Important:Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before complete application. Always wear gloves.
