Polymerize.• Coat with Express top without sticky layer.• Apply a mirror shine powder with the applicator.• File the end and sides of the nail with a buffer.• Remove dust with a soft brush.• Apply the acid-free Bond Control primer to the ends.• Cover with base/top 2 in 1 Titanium, remove dispersion layer, ready.You can also cover mirror shine powder with Universal Base, then apply any top PNB.
