Moon Full Rubber Base coat is very resistant. It has a pronounced strengthening and levelling effect, preventing chipping and cracking. How to use:1. Cure under 36W UV lamp 60-120 seconds or under a 48W LED/UV lamp 30-60 seconds.4. After that, the rubber base of the desired color is applied.
